Fields of Fire – The Inside Story of Hurling's Great Renaissance was written by Kilruane native Damien Lawlor and explores the effect that Kilkenny hurling has had on the sport over the last decade.
Lawlor also wrote All In My Head, Lar Corbett's autobiography, which was shortlisted at the Irish Book Awards in 2012.
This is the Tipperary man's fourth book…it was officially unveiled at Croke Park this morning.
