Tipperary food companies win prizes at National Food Awards

A Tipperary Woodfired Bakery  business which is based in the eco village Cloughjordan has scooped gold , silver and bronze at Blas na hEireann National Irish Food Awards this weekend.
Prizes were also won by Nenagh food company Lough Derg chocolates and  The Scullery, both won prizes at the event.
The Scullery  produces two relishes for the Lidl Deluxe label .

Woodfired Bakery Owner and  producer Joe Fitzmorris said the awards would help establish the family- run business which has been in operation in North Tipp since January.
