The date from property website MyHome.ie shows the average price being sought for a 3 bed semi in the count stands at just over €123,000 – a drop of 1.2 per cent in the last quarter of 2013. – and a drop of 100 thousand since the peak

The report also shows that the cost of a four bedroom semi stayed the same at 149 thousand- but it’s still an annual fall of 9.7 percent.

However Michael Buckley of Nenagh based Michael Buckley Auctioneers says the number of transactions that went through last year is up on the 2012 figures, so that month on month more property sales are being completed.
