Over 30 people staged a protest outside the civic offices in Nenagh yesterday to highlight the poor state of the roads around Rathcabbin, Lorrha and the surrounding areas.

Councillors from the Nenagh Municipal District held a two hour debate on the issue of damaged roads during which several proposals were made including meeting with sitting Oireachtas members to push for more funding from Central Government and carrying out extensive audits of all roads in the district.
