Tipperary Co Co forced to rely on private sector to meet housing demand

There are 771 people on the housing list in the Nenagh municipal district alone, while in Carrick on Suir 339 people are waiting to be allocated a home. 

In 2015, Tipperary County Council released 178 new units into the housing stock while there are several projects under construction across the county for new houses.
