Tipperary chocolate biscuit cake for export

 

Ann Marie and Brian Walsh of The Tipperary Kitchens, Holycross, have received an order from Selfridges , London, for their chocolate biscuit cake.


Their bakery business was set up in 2005 and currently employs seven part time staff.
 

The order came as a result of contacts made at Marketplace International, Bord Bia's Networking event for food producers held in Dublin last month.
