Tipperary cheese maker to be part of new Tesco launch

A Tipperary cheese producer will have their products stocked in Tesco stores nationwide.

Cashel Blue Cheese based near Fethard will be stocked by the supermarket chain as part of the launch of the retailers’ new Cheeses of Ireland range.

This sees 28 Irish artisan cheeses from 18 Irish cheese makers sold in up to 90 stores nationwide.

Cashel Blue Cheese, run by the Grubb family, has been a producer of Irish Farmhouse Cheese for 30 years.
