An investigation is underway into the cause of a bus crash in which dozens of Tipperary secondary students had a lucky escape.
The pupils at the Presentation Secondary School in Thurles were returning from a trip to Dublin when the coach collided with a barrier on the dual carriageway outside Kill in Kildare at around 9.30 last night.

The Emergency services major response was activated following the incident near Kill last night with dozens of fire fighters, ambulance crew and Gardaí at the scene.
There were no serious injuries but 7 people were taken to hospital for observation- however they were later discharged.
