Tipperary TD Urges Taoiseach’s Action in Cervical Check Scandal

The Taoiseach’s being urged by a Tipperary TD to intervene immediately and prevent women ending up in court over the Cervical Check Scandal.

It comes after a statement from Ruth Morrissey from Monaleen in Limerick described recent mediation attempts by the State Claims Agency as a ‘sham’.

Labour’s Alan Kelly says these women are experiencing a disgraceful failure by the state.
