Rents in Tipperary have risen by more than a quarter over the last three years.
The figures were compiled by Focus Ireland using data from housing website Daft.ie.
Director of Advocacy with Focus Ireland Mike Allen says the 27.7% rent hike in Tipperary can lead to a number of social issues.
