Councillors in Tipperary have voted to increase the local property tax by 10% in 2020.
They had been asked to vote for a 15% increase however Councillor Marie Murphy asked for it to be amended to 10%.
21 Councillors voted backed this proposal while 14 voted against it and there were 5 absentees.
