Tipperary Gardaí seize car untaxed for over 1,300 days

Gardaí in Tipperary have seized a car which was last taxed over three-and-a-half years ago.

Members of the Clonmel District made the detection during a routine patrol yesterday, later stopping and seizing the vehicle under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act.

Using the Garda Mobility Device, it was found that the motor tax had expired over 1,300 days ago.
