Tipperary General Election candidate Dolores Cahill says she wants to “provide real opposition” to Ireland’s EU membership.

The Chair of the Irish Freedom Party says she’s highlighting the negative impacts of the European Union as part of her campaign, and wants to see Ireland follow Britain’s path in leaving the bloc.

Ms Cahill, a Professor at University College Dublin, told Tipp Today earlier that she believes Ireland needs more power over its laws.
