A local Councillor has used an insulting curse to describe people who don’t clean up their dog’s poo.
Independent Seamie Morris raised the issue at the Nenagh Municipal District meeting.

He calling on the local authority to review the number of bins available for dog-walkers around the town.
But he was in no doubt about what type of person leaves their dog dirt behind saying it’s really down to personal responsibility and those who don’t clean up after their dogs are giving the two fingers to everyone else in the community.
