Nenagh Cllr Seamie Morris is a vocal opponent of the proposed project to carry water from the Parteen Basin through Tipperary and onto Dublin.

He told the plenary meeting that he was horrified by what he described as an ‘8-page surrender’ to the Uisce Éireann plans.
