There are calls for an easing of the requirements for those applying for grants for mobility or disability aids in Tipperary.
Fianna Fáil Councillor Imelda Goldsboro raised concerns at the latest meeting of the Carrick on Suir Municipal District.
She feels the current rules are making it more difficult for elderly people in particular.
