Councillors approve corporate plan for Tipperary County Council

A new Corporate plan has been approved to take Tipperary County Council up to 2029.

The ”Reshaping Tipperary’s Future Together” document was adopted by Councillor’s at yesterday’s local authority meeting.

Rural development and water services are among the major challenges facing Tipperary County Council in the next few year.

Director of Services Eamon Lonergan says water quality and protecting the environment are also problems the local authority will have to deal with.

He says this plan will be the glue that holds all their policies and activities together.
