Tipperary County Council have had five injunction cases in court this year in relation to issues with local authority houses.

These have resulted in court orders requiring tenants to remove unauthorised structures, poultry and dogs.

Three repossession orders were awarded for anti-social behaviour since late last year.

One repossession case was heard for alteration to property while three cases relating to succession or an illegal occupant in a council house were before the courts.
