Members decided the move at the meeting of the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District yesterday.

Independent Liam Browne had originally proposed the motion in the wake of the decision to sign contracts with a Spanish company to house asylum seekers at the landmark local hotel.
He’s also demanding that a taskforce be set up to make sure there are adequate services in the area for locals and refugees who move in.
