The Boil Water Notice on the Fethard Public Water Supply has been lifted with immediate effect.
The notice was issued on June 29th due to issues at the Fethard Regional Water Treatment Plant, which was affecting the treatment and disinfection process of the water.
Following consultation with the Health Service Executive consumers can now resume normal use of the water supply.
