Tipperary County Council have developed a brand and marketing programme to address problems with vacant commercial buildings.
The Commercial Vacancy Incentive Scheme will be aimed at auctioneers, solicitors and accountants.
The county council are currently developing a training programme for staff and posters about the scheme are to be placed on vacant premises.
