Tipp Rank and File gardai warn of low morale in the force

Delegates representing rank and file Gardaí are meeting at their annual conference in Kerry which got underway this morning. 

Several motions are due to be discussed including the Garda Ombudsman Commission, assaults on Gardaí and the interim commissioner Norin O'Sullivan, who is due to address attendees this afternoon.
