Tipp producers take top accolades at Irish Food Awards

The Tipperary Food Academy producers and SuperValu suppliers to scoop awards were Ayle Farm Foods who won Gold for their Carrot & Apple Juice and Longways Cider who also won Gold for their Tipperary Medium Dry Cider. 

Ayle Farm Foods also claimed the title of Best in Farmers Market in County Tipperary at this year’s Blas na hÉireann awards.

Blas na hÉireann, The Irish Food Awards, is the biggest competition for quality Irish produce on the island of Ireland. 

Over 2,500 products were entered into this year’s competition to win Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in over 90 food and drink categories.
