Tipp people urged to organise events for Suicide awareness

Ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day tomorrow,  Tipperary people are being urged to organise fundraising events .

Nineteen people took their own lives across Tipperary in 2011.

Meanwhile, Console are holding a walk and talk event in Dublin.

The Phoenix Park event gets underway at 11 O'clock this morning, when boxers Kenneth Egan and Bernard Dunne will be the first to cross the line.
