A Tipperary farmer is the first ever overall winner of the Grassland Farmer of the Year Award.
Eddie O’Donnell from Golden, Cashel took the honour which recognises farmers who are achieving high levels of grass utilisation in a sustainable manner.
He also won the Dairy Enterprise Award which pitted him against 13 other category winners, who emerged from over 100 applications.
