Tipp Council Urged to Halt all Legal Action against Sean Meehan

A meeting is taking place in Tipperary today to try to prohibit Tipperary County Council from engaging in any further legal action against Sean Meehan.

The action is being taken after an eventful week for Sean who continues to fight to retain a log cabin built on his land near New Inn.

A bench warrant was issued for his arrest last week after he failed to appear in court.
This was put down to a mis-communication.

He appeared in court on foot of that warrant and was released on bail.

He is due before the courts again next week.
