Just 9 of the 15 members of Tipperary County Council appointed to the JPC turned up while none of the constituency's Oireachtas members attended the gathering in Nenagh yesterday.
This follows a similar situation at their inaugural meeting last April when just 6 County Councillors and 2 Oireachtas members were present.

All of the community, business, Garda and Tipperary County Council officials on the JPC attended yesterdays meeting.
