The building that currently houses the AIB at 14 Liberty Square, Thurles has the biggest guide price tag at €2.3 million.
Another big ticket lot is an expansive portfolio of modern office and warehouse units contained in the Ard Gaoithe Business Park on the Cashel Road, Clonmel.
12 have existing tenants such as the Health and Safety Executive – the investment brings in over €150,000 and in annual rents and has a guide price of €730,000 to €790,000.
However the biggest interest is likely to be in the iconic birthplace of the GAA – Hayes Hotel in Thurles which has a guide price of half a million.
There had been calls for the GAA to purchase the building but HQ ruled this out and the 30 bed hotel will now go under the hammer next month with a guide price of just half a million Euro.
Also included in the September sale is a site just outside Tipp Town site with a reserve of €45,000 – and another piece of land in Portland, Lorrha which is in the €10,000 bracket.
