Mobile phone coverage in rural parts of Tipperary has been described as laughable.
The issue was highlighted at a recent meeting of Carrick on Suir Municipal District by Councillor Kieran Bourke.
The Fianna Fáil representative says we should push for a reliable mobile phone signal before we even consider high-speed broadband.
