Tipperary TD Mattie McGrath has welcomed the approval of a new Special Class at Presentation Primary School in Clonmel.
This adds to the class sanctioned at St. Peter & Paul’s School last week.

McGrath highlighted that 8 new special classes have been approved in South Tipperary recently, though a shortage of spaces remains, with local special schools at full capacity.
He also met with the Minister of State for Special Education to discuss the ongoing challenges.
