Taoiseach says Ireland’s going to “need help from Europe” over Brexit

He's again insisted the Government is prepared with plans when British Prime Minister Theresa May triggers Article 50 next month. 

The Taoiseach says the challenges Ireland will face will need to be addressed by the rest of Europe.
