Both Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil will hold meetings of their new Dáil groups in Leinster House today.
Fine Gael members are expected to discuss a document outlining the party's plans for forming a government with other groups.
But the meeting is also expected to discuss concerns about Fine Gael's handling of the election campaign.
Fianna Fáil members will meanwhile discuss the party's options for approaching other groups to form a coalition of its own.
Meanwhile, Joan Burton says she'll continue to lead the Labour Party, despite their performance in the General Election.
So far they've won six seats, down from 33 in the outgoing 31st Dáil.
The Labour leader says the results are very disappointing, but she took over at a very difficult time.
She says she believes Labour won't be part of the new Government, and thinks it'll be formed by Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil.
