Two policemen are among the dead – while at least 20 others have been injured in the blast this morning.
It's reported that the attack bears the hall marks of Islamic State – however the group has yet to claim responsibility.

It comes after 80 people died and 230 were injured in multiple IS suicide bombs in Afghanistan's capital Kabul yesterday.
