The Minister for Foreign Affairs says an agreement on forming a power-sharing assembly in Stormont is ‘still within reach’.
All parties are continuing to engage ahead of the 4 o’clock deadline for a deal.

Speaking in Belfast Simon Coveney says while gaps remain on some key issues – he’s hopeful of a resolution.
For his part Northern Ireland secretary James Brokenshire also believes a deal is ‘still achievable.
