Overcrowding issues remain a major problem at South Tipp General Hospital.
Latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show it's the busiest in the country today with 31 patients on trolleys or overflow areas of wards.

Meanwhile the year-on-year figures show there were 304 patients in a similar situation at the Clonmel hospital during the month of July – up from 58 for the same month in 2015.
