It's another busy day at the Accident and Emergency Department at South Tipperary General Hospital.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation is reporting 19 patients on trolleys which for the second day in a row is the highest in the country.
Yesterday there were 24 people waiting for a bed at the Clonmel hospital.
On Monday South Tipp General had nine people on trolleys with 19 on Tuesday.
