New car sales in North Tipperary are once again almost double those in the South of the County.

1,415 TN cars were registered in the first eight months of this year compared with 738 TS reg.

This major difference is at odds with the population of each area with the last Census showing a population of just over 70,000 in North Tipp and almost 88,500 in South Tipp.
