Shock at antics outside teenage disco

Parents across Tipperary are being urged to take responsibility for their children when they attend teenage discos.

It follows reports of a number of unsavoury incidents outside an event in the county last night.

It’s reported an ambulance had to be called as a number of teenagers had consumed large amounts of alcohol while it’s also claimed that others were openly engaging in sexual acts outside the venue.

The organisers of last nights teenage disco say no alcohol was served and that PSA registered security were in place.

Fianna Fail Councillor John Hogan says what he witnessed was totally unacceptable with young girls lying unconscious on the footpath and being totally abandoned by their friends.
