New figures from the Irish Aviation Authority show traffic at Shannon increased by almost 11 percent in February- the highest of all three state airports
However there was a 5.3 percent fall at Cork – Dublin's figures went up by 7 percent.

Shannon's numbers are set to be boosted further over the coming months as new routes are activated.
