Seven still being questioned in connection with murder of Shane Rossiter.

 


Seven people including a mother and two sons have been held by Gardai overnight, in relation to the murder of Shane Rossiter.

The 30 year old was found shot dead at a house on Church Lane in Golden on the morning of the 17th October this year.

Five men and two women aged from their early 20's to early 40's were arrested in connection with his death.

They're currently being held at Garda stations in Cahir, Clonmel, Tipperary, Thurles and Waterford.

Six of them were arrested in Clonmel and one in Ballymacarbry – they can be detained for up to three days.

Gardai also seized a quantity of mobile phones and computers in searches of their homes.
