57 year old Peter McGrath of Barronstown, Tipperary appeared before Clonmel Circuit Court for sentencing yesterday.

He has already pleaded guilty to attempting to coerce Martin Quinn of Father Matthew Street, Tipp Town in December 2009.

The court heard last December that Peter McGrath called to Mr. Quinn's home and showed him a fake photo of the 52 year old beside a semi-naked young female.

His defence counsel yesterday requested that sentencing be adjourned to allow for the preparation of a psychological report.

Judge Tom Teehan adjourned the case for sentencing to the next sitting of the Court in April.
