Tipperary Festival of Science kicks off

The newly established ‘Tipperary Festival of Science’ kicks off today with a week of events planned throughout the Premier County.

Mary Immaculate College have organised the events on a range of subjects including science, technology, engineering and mathematics in collaboration with Science Foundation Ireland and Limerick Institute of Technology.

There will be talks, interactive shows, debates, film screenings and interactive workshops taking place in towns throughout Tipperary.
