A Kerry Judge is due to rule today in a case being taken by a Tipperary woman against the Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney after she had a fall.
76 year old Eileen Britton from Cloncleigh, Twomileborris is suing the hotel following the incident in November 2009 during which she claims her two feet went from under her as she was leaving the dance floor.

Ms Britton claims dancing powder had been spread on the floor – this has been denied by the Gleneagle Hotel who say it's against their policy to use powder.
Judge James O'Donohoe is due to issue his ruling today.
