A motorist is facing a lengthy list of fines after being stopped by the Cahir Roads Policing Unit.
The driver was observed driving the wrong way on a one-way road.
The motorist was on a Learner Permit but was not accompanied by a qualified driver and had no L plates displayed on the vehicle.
The car was impounded under the Clancy Amendment and fines will be issued to the motorist.
