The company which operates the country’s speed detection cameras was paid €12 million per-month, according to new figures released today.
The data shows GoSafe – which is contracted to provide 7,000 hours of monitoring each month – receives a fee of €151 per-hour.
It also gets a retainer of €45,000 each month.
