Not wearing a seatbelt looks set to prove costly for a Tipperary motorist.
They were spotted by the Tipperary Roads Policing Unit yesterday afternoon.
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera also flagged a cancelled insurance policy on the vehicle.
The driver then provided false details following which Gardaí discovered the motorist was disqualified from driving.
They were arrested and charged to court while the car was seized.
