There are calls for a detailed report to be compiled on a notorious accident blackspot in Thurles.
The call was made by Councillor Jim Ryan who said Bowes Corner was dangerous for both pedestrians and motorists.
The query was seconded by other members of the council who claimed visibility was also an issue.
Councillor Ryan hopes a detailed report will illustrate the best way to make the complex junction safer for the Thurles community.
