It’s claimed school buses can no longer travel on certain routes in Tipperary due to overgrown hedges.
Landowners are being advised that Tipperary County Council doesn’t cut ditches if the land is privately owned.
However Councilor Micheál Lowry says both the local authority and landowners need to take responsibility for their own lands.
