Road deaths in 2025 have dropped by 19% compared to last year.

34 people have lost their lives on Irish roads since January 1st, down from 42 people during the same period in 2024.

Tipperary is one of nine counties which have not recorded a road death so far this year.

There are road closures and diversion in many of our towns and villages for the parades so we should leave extra time for any journeys.

Cahir Sgt Carol O’Leary says it’s important not to over-indulge today if you need to drive to work tomorrow.
