Breath-test numbers in the Tipperary Garda Division were inflated by 385%.
According to the latest report into the scandal one and a half million fake breath tests were logged across the country between 2010 and 2016.
The biggest disparity was in Tipperary where over 184,000 more breath tests were recorded on the Garda Pulse system than were actually carried out by testing devices.
The figures have led to renewed calls for the Garda Commissioner to resign.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar said last night he still has confidence in Nóirín O’Sullivan – the Commissioner has admitted the findings are completely unacceptable and damage public confidence.
Social Democrats TD Roisin Shortall says big changes are needed in the force if this confidence is to be restored.
